contractual obligations, undertaken by the Company, will be fulfilled; the closure, by the Direction of Works, of all payments contractually established; the technical performance of the project will be reached in accordance with the Clients requirements and an Approval Certificate will be issued.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONING
Tecnical/Functioning tests are carried out at the completion of a project to verify its compliance with legislative decrees and terms of contract. Tests and checks are executed using appropriate, specialised equipment and an Approval Report is then drawn up.

Technical/Functioning tests include:
• the entirety of tests necessary to ascertain the correct functioning of a fire alarm system, in compliance with legislative decrees and/or terms of contract;
• the entirety of tests necessary to ascertain if an electrical installation is in compliance with legislative decrees and/or terms of contract.

STATIC TESTING
Static Testing means the entirety of tests necessary to establish if a structure, and the materials used during its construction, are in compliance with its original design objectives, terms of contract and in accordance with legislative decrees.

In more complex structures loading and crushing tests can be executed in order to verify the performance of the structure under stress. An Approval Report is then drawn up.
